The month of May is mental health awareness month. It makes me happy to see many more people opening up about their own struggles and talk about it more. I feel like fresh air and laughter is such good medicine as well as exercise too. I have said it often on twitter that self care is so very important for all of us.

Happy Easter to you if you celebrate this holiday.
