I always listen to music while I am working out. Instead of counting the number of reps I do, I just listen and forget and try to do as many as possible. I have been listening to old school music, even before I was around. I have always been an old soul. I was listening to songs from the Karate Kid movies like Glory of Love by Peter Cetera. Then, I went onto Only the Young by Journey. I was in 80’s land! Music has always been there for me along the way. Sometimes people ask me what I do for stress or feeling down and music is one of them. It can help you feel and not keep it inside. Music, exercise, fresh air and enough sleep to me always help big time.

Sex of course is a release for stress too:) I just released another virtual reality scene for members. There have been constant video updates that I hope you are loving and enjoying! My next live cam show is this weekend, Saturday at 7pm ET. It will be a very slippery oiled up show. I love these shows, my favorite! If you cannot make it, all of my shows are archived in full without editing. There are well over 500 cam archived shows alone.

From now until the end of this weekend, if you join my site for a year, you can get a 15 minute private skype with me, one on one for free. I love offering these every so often because I love meeting members privately to say hi and chat and/or get naughty and play. Whatever you are in the mood for.
